1. What are the arrival times and how long can you stay?
You can stay at Landal Ski Life for the following durations: a weekend stay, a midweek stay and a week stay. It is also possible to stay for 1,5 weeks or 2 weeks at Landal Ski Life.
The arrivals depend on the opening hours of the reception and differ per park and per period.
2. What does a ski pass cost?
For each ski area are different prices for a ski pass, depending on the number of days you want to have access to the ski area.
3. Am I obliged to hire bed linen during my stay?
It is compulsory to hire bed linen at Landal GreenParks. This costs € 8.95 p.p. per stay and if relevant € 7.50 p.p. for bed linen for each cot per stay. If a cot is not included as standard in the chalet, you will be charged extra rent for the cot. The prices shown in the price calculation and bed linen will be calculated automatically so you do not do this yourself.
4. Will there be asked for a deposit at the parks on arrival?
The park is entitled to ask for a deposit of up to € 700. In most cases you will be informed about this by the park. This is also included in the General Conditions. If you need to know in advance whether a deposit is required, we advise you to contact the park reception.
5. Can I hire ski equipment in advance at the winter sports parks?
You can hire your skis, cross country skis and snowboards via Landal Ski Life at a special rate. If you specify this when you make your booking, you will receive a 5% discount. So if you want to be guaranteed of cheaper ski lessons and the ski equipment you require, you should book this before you set out.
At the receptions and in the restaurants you can pay with your bank card of giro card. We also accept American Express, VISA and Mastercard.
7. I haven't received a booking confirmation yet. What should I do?
When we process your booking, we send you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. Please contact our Contact Centre at above contact details if you didn't receive a booking confirmation after 3 days.
8. Do the ski areas have a high probability of snow?
We have made an overview of the ski areas, their altitude and snow cannon coverage for you.
9. From which age are children allowed to have ski lessons?
Children can have ski lessons in the surroundings of all the parks. The minimum age for ski lessons is 3 years.*

10. Do the winter sports parks provide ski lessons?
You can have ski lessons at all the winter sports parks in Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. You can book in advance via Landal Ski Life for all the parks, except Landal Vierwaldstättersee. If you book your ski lessons in advance, you will receive a 5% discount.
