Extra rebooking flexibility up to one day before arrival

We offer you the flexibility to change your booking to another period or destination up to one day before arrival in the event of:
  • a closed border, negative travel advice
  • negative travel advice
  • quarantine obligation on arrival and/or return combined with negative travel advice
The above must be communicated on the official government website of the destination country.
The total amount of your booking will stay the same or be higher. If your new booking is more expensive, then you pay only the price difference. 

Pay later

Have you made your choice? Then you can book quickly and easily. You don’t have to pay straight away, but within five days. That applies to all bookings, except for last minutes and bookings with an arrival within 14 days. In those cases, we do ask you to pay immediately.

Pay in instalments

If you are booking a stay for a period eight weeks from now or even later, then you do not have to pay the whole amount straight away. In this case, you can pay in two instalments. You pay 30% immediately or within five days. You have until eight weeks before your arrival date to pay the remaining 70%.

Free cancellations within 14 days

You can cancel your booking for free within 14 days. If you have booked using Air Miles or if the booking regards a last minute with arrival date within 14 days then unfortunately this is not possible.

Free changes to your booking

You can change your booking for free up to 28 days before arrival. For example, you can change the park, accommodation or the period of stay. The total amount of the booking will be the same or higher. If you have booked using Air Miles, then unfortunately this is not possible.
