During the summer, all guests receive a free Hochkönig Card upon arrival at reception. Highlights of free activities include: free use of 6 summer mountain railways, including bike transport, free hiking bus, free guided MTB and eMTB tours, free admission to open-air pools in Maria Alm and Mühlbach, free use of tennis courts, free admission to Toni's playground and Prinzenberg Natrun, archery, and many more.

Spectacular summit tour
The Königsweg with a length of 74 km is a very special route and a highlight without a doubt. This long-distance hiking trail can be completed in 4 stages and will take you up 4,800 metres in height. But the trail can also be explored in a day hike from one location; a hiking bus will take you there and back in comfort. If that’s too much and you’d prefer to take a guided tour, you can get your money’s worth on one of the many herb walks.
